Registration

With the conference taking place online, registration is simpler than in previous years and only features the following three options:

• Free attendance: Watch on Youtube or Twitch
• Premium registration
• Premium registration and in-person reception and keynote

Free attendance ($0)

• Watch the technical paper and poster presentations, panels, and keynotes live
• Replay them on-demand afterwards; the videos will be made available shortly after the presentation takes place (subject to presenter approval)

Premium registration (US $15)

Premium registration additionally grants:

• Ability to take part in interactive Q&A sessions with the speakers and during panels, as well as be invited to the town hall
• Access to social and networking online spaces during the conference
• Receive physical collateral

All contributors (i.e. paper/poster authors, presenters, etc.) receive free premium (online) registration

Premium registration and in-person reception and keynote

While the conference is virtual this year, we are excited to have an optional in-person meet-up in evening of Sunday Aug 7, co-located with SIGGRAPH 2022 in Vancouver. Registering for this grants:

• Meet fellow HPG attendees in person
• Enjoy a dedicated keynote, followed by an interactive Q&A, only for reception attendees
• Buffet meal is provided, dietary options including vegetarian will be available
• The event is subject to local COVID-19 restrictions for in-person events

Costs for the in-person reception and keynote:

• US $40 before July 14
• US $50 between July 14 and August 1
• US $60 after August 1

Refunds

Full refund is available if requested before July 14th, 2022; there are no refunds after this date
